Docsvault Not working

Error ! :
Docsvault can not connect to the specified Docsvault server, please make sure the Docsvault name is correct
- Check if the network is connection is working fine
Start -> Run -> Type ping 172.25.1.14
If you receive the TTL response (LAN and the VPN is working fine) IF not the LAN /VPN is down.
B) Click the check box, Delete the server name (Ex :KANAPPS) instead type the IP as 172.25.1.14 and click OK.
