Follow this steps

1) Check if you are logged in to Sophos firewall through the browser or login software.
2) Check if the network cable is connected properly. (The Network Symbol in your Windows OS taskbar should not be have an 'X' mark). Also, check the cable connection to the LAN port.
3) Ask your colleague if he is able to browse the Internet.

If these steps are completed and your network is not functional, please raise a support ticket.
